Deposit & Payment Information

We accept all major credit cards and require 50% down at time of booking and the balance due in full through PayPal seven days prior to the party. We do not accept personal checks, but arrangements can be made to pay in cash. If the balance is not paid seven days before party, then you will forfeit your deposit and no services will be provided.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a party must be done in writing at least seven (7) days prior to the reserved party date. If you cancel your party less than seven (7) days prior to the party date, there is a fifty percent (50%) cancellation fee. Any party cancelled less than 24hrs hours prior to the party date will be charged the full amount of party.

Emergencies or inclement weather

Should your child become sick, hurt or unavailable on your party date, you may move your party to another date without penalty. You may take advantage of this rescheduling once. If you require a second date change, there will be a $30 rescheduling fee.
